Welcome to the Blueprint and Tea Oasis! We are two community spaces co-located at 439 International Blvd in Oakland, near Lake Merritt BART.

The Blueprint is a shared workspace and creative community of freelancers, entrepreneurs, small teams, artists, and more. The space is creatively designed with 12 fold-down workstations with integrated white boards, two comfy lounge areas, large meeting tables, and a kitchenette stocked with food & coffee.

The Tea Oasis is a membership-based tea lounge. It is designed to provide a space to relax, wind down, and socialize in an alcohol-free, device-free environment, using the sacred art of Gong Fu Cha (Chinese tea ceremony) to create a warm, welcoming space.
